I am happy to replace any piece, which has been broken or damaged in any way. All pieces of broken or damaged items must be returned within 6 weeks of delivery to be replaced free of charge. Anytime after 6 weeks there will be a $25.00 replacement fee.
All original pieces of broken or damaged merchandise must be returned in order for the item to be replaced. Additional charges may apply.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns within 21 days from invoice date. However there are no returns on custom pieces. Orders that are refunded beyond the 21 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We will not accept returns after 30 days. All returns must be in the original condition, and a copy of the original invoice must accompany your return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Out of Stock Items
We try our best to keep the content in the website up to date. Generally, if the product is out-of-stock, it will be listed that way on the site.
Sometimes we have the items when you place your order but run out of them at delivery time. The out of stock items will be removed from your order, and the rest of your order sent. We will not resend you the item(s) when the item(s) become available again. You will have to re-order them in a seperate order. You will receive a refund on your credit card for any unshipped
item(s).
Insufficient Funds
Insufficient funds checks will be assessed a $35 service charge. For any amount not collected within 30 days, an additional 1-1/2% per month will be added to the outstanding balance. After first offence SLHayes Designs will no longer accept checks from NSF customers.
